Lindum Food & Drink Training was established in 2001 by Julia and Peter Vause.

We are not just professional trainers, but have many years 'front line' and management experience in industry and education. To maintain our excellent reputation, all trainers and consultants who work with us meet our high standards for experience, quality and service to customers; we pride ourselves on our fast, flexible response to customer need.

Peter has CIEH Prof Trainer Cert & over 20 years experience in the Licensed trade both as a Licensee in retail management and as a trainer in many aspects of the industry.

Julia has a teaching background (Cert Ed) teaching Food, Hospitality and customer care, in Secondary & Further Education and 15 years retail food experience, with a very friendly manner which always makes her courses supportive, entertaining and valuable to all who handle food in any capacity.
