We are an accredited training centre for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health & in association with George Bateman & Son have established The Windmill Training Centre at the Brewery in Wainfleet, Skegness, Lincolnshire to deliver a range of BIIAB courses.

The Windmill Training Centre has recently achieved centre status award by the BII, illustrating our commitment to provide quality training to people of all levels in the Licensed Retail Sector. We deliver professional in house training throughout the East Midlands and we also welcome you to Lincolnshire's only independent family run Brewery for a training experience, including a pub lunch in the Visitor Centre and a Brewery Tour to finish your day.
