Lindum Level 1 courses are charged per course and can accommodate varying group sizes (maximum 15).

Food Safety for Carers

Lindum Level 1 and 2 Awards in Food Safety for Carers

These are supportive courses, providing L1 awareness for all activities and L2 understanding of the current legislation relating to food, highlighting good practice in both catering kitchens and individual or group care settings. Level 1 Awareness costs £350 for a maximum of 15 learners. It is a 3-hour session, on completion of which you will receive an awareness certificate. 
Food Safety for Schools

Lindum Level 1 and 2 Awards in Food Safety for Schools

These courses provide L1 awareness for all activities, focusing on probing hot food deliveries and L2 giving wider understanding to establish best practice. The training can be held in your school at a time suitable to you. Level 1 Awareness costs £350 for a maximum of 15 learners. It is a 3-hour session, on completion of which you will receive an awareness certificate. Lindum Level 2 prices are set on a case by case basis as every school has varying requirements.
Awareness for Catering

Lindum Level 1 Awareness for Catering - £350 (Max 15 learners)

This course is a useful contribution towards NVQ, focuses on the awareness needed in any activity or environment, introduces the current legislation relating to all employees and highlights safe practices. The training can be held in your workplace. This course is delivered in a 2-3 hour session, and on complete you will receive an awareness certificate.
HACCP for Supervisors

Lindum Level 3 HACCP for Supervisors

This 1-day course is designed to enable owners, managers and supervisors to implement a documented food safety management system which effectively identifies and controls hazards to comply with the current legislation. The training will be held in your workplace and involves a learning walk to highlight your needs. It is a flexible 1-day course starting from 9:30 am to approximately 3:30 pm.
MOT overhaul

Give your business an MOT overhaul

Use my experience to give your business practices, processes and paperwork a thorough overhaul to ensure you and your business are totally fit and healthy, meeting all current legislation. I charge by the hour to come and carry out a learning walk where I will observe, suggest and update to ensure you are confident and meet all the current requirements. Prices are set on a case by case basis, as every business is different and yours is my priority.
Award in Food Safety Awareness

CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness

This course has been developed to raise awareness of the key food safety issues, and to provide employees with an introduction to food safety. For information about course fees, assessments or timings, contact me today. I mainly cover the East Midlands including Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire. CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering or Retail

This course is designed to ensure compliance with the current legislation relating to your business. The training can be held in your workplace or our venue. Award in Supervising Food Safety

CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety

This course is designed to enable owners, managers and supervisors of small businesses to manage food safety procedures and supervise staff to maintain safety standards throughout all processes. The training can be held at your workplace or other venue. It is a 2-day course (starting from 9:30 am to approximately 4:30 pm) concluding with a multiple choice exam. Lindum Level 2 Root Cause Analysis For Managers & Supervisors

Root Cause Analyisis is a process for identifying the causes of problems or events in order to prevent them from recurring.
Effective management requires more than putting out fires for problems that develop but finding a way to prevent them.
This course provides a means of identifying best practice, supporting continual improvement and rewarding evidence-based decision making.
